Culture Change - Accessibility Beyond Compliance

We plan to discuss how the new crop of AI products and features can be an opportunity for organizations to drive a culture of accessibility beyond compliance in their teams. We are honored to have:

• Dave Dame: In his role as Senior Director of Product Accessibility, Dave is leading the accessibility portfolio for Surface Products aligning with Windows and product innovation roadmaps to empower users of all abilities. Dave is a leadership coach, enterprise agile product leader and trainer with over 20 years of experience, which he leverages to drive large-scale transformation in complex organizations. Focusing on building high performing teams, he has trained over 600 professionals in product management, leadership and agile delivery practices. Dave has worked with technology companies such as OpenText, PTC, and Scotiabank; in many cases improving delivery times by over 150%.
• Clint Covington: With 26 years of experience at Microsoft, Clint leads the E+D Accessibility team that covers productivity experiences across Copilot, Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive, and Windows. He is a key figure in the effort to help teams shift left and design experiences that are accessible and usable for the disability community.
