Half day workshops

IAccessible offers a set of half day (approximately 4 hour) workshops tailored to different audiences. Each workshop blends presentation, demo, and hands on practice so learners leave with practical skills they can apply the next day.

Half day accessibility for designers

A hands on workshop for designers covering how to bake accessibility into the design phase — including mobile UX — by annotating designs for headings, landmarks, accessible names, info and relationships, color contrast, and other foundational practices that prevent accessibility issues downstream.

Half day accessibility strategy workshop

Tailored for product and platform leaders making strategy and usability decisions. Covers what disabilities are, how people with disabilities use computers, the business and legal drivers for accessibility, and what it takes — in cost and technology — to deliver accessible Web applications.

Half day accessibility quick start for developers

A 4 hour hands on session that gives Web designers and developers a quick start on incorporating accessibility into everyday development work, with exercises covering the most common and impactful WCAG techniques.

Half day accessibility for content creators

Designed for information workers — analysts, program managers, communications staff, and subject matter experts — who routinely produce reports, briefings, and presentations published to large public audiences. Covers the legal landscape (delivered in a U.S.-focused or global flavor — ADA Title II, Section 508, Section 504, state laws, EAA, EN 301 549, EU and UK accessibility regulations, WCAG, ACR/VPAT) and hands on practice creating accessible Word documents, PowerPoint decks, Excel files, and tagged PDFs.
